Body Sculpting is 70% dieting and 30% gym. NDM2FIT provides meal plans, nutritional facts, and supplement advice. Our nutrition plans are designed to provide optimum muscle growth, while increasing your endurance and stamina. "what you put into your body is what you will get out of it."
